Gully is a location-based app. We collect your location to show you nearby messages and enable you to post location-tagged content. You can control location permissions through your device settings. Without location access, some features may not function properly.

We do not sell your location data to third parties. Location data is used solely for the App's community features.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication and push notifications, and Cloudflare R2 for media storage. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Anonymous Posting

Gully allows you to post content anonymously. When you post anonymously, your username and profile picture are not displayed to other users. However, we retain the association internally for moderation and safety purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): For push notifications and cloud messaging
• Cloudflare R2: For media file storage
• Google Maps: For map and location features

These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

• Withdraw consent for location tracking at any time via device settings
